Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.

 FINAL SALE POLICY:  Sale items, Eva's Surprise Box, and all items purchased with 50% discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  All masks are also final sale.

 ALL OTHER ITEMS:  All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt date. Each returned boxed item must have an Eva Franco return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service at 213-746-4776 or email at customerservice@evafranco.com or go to https://evafranco.com/returns.

Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RA number.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package should have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package and shipped to the following address:

An item purchased as an exchange is considered a new purchase. Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item.

We have no access to any credit card information on any online purchase. Therefore, your credit card information you used to purchase the product may be requested when issuing a credit back against a purchase.
