HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing Customer Service. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

EXCHANGES
Please note we can only exchange items for a different size. When requesting your RMA, please specify the size you require. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

RECEIVING A REFUND
All correctly returned products will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or EVA FRANCO account and exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

OUR POLICY
Items must be returned new, unused and with all EVA FRANCO and designer garment tags still attached. Please email Customer Service immediately if any of your purchases have been delivered without an EVA FRANCO tag.

All items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

LATE RETURNS
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of your RMA request.
 Returns outside these timeframes are accepted at the discretion of EVA FRANCO and may only be refunded as a credit with Eva Franco Inc.

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Eva Franco has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Eva Franco. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

We ship only within the United States using UPS. Shipping methods available are Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Air.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed and are shipped via UPS from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

NEXT BUSINESS DAY ORDERS
Please ensure you place your order before 12pm PST Monday to Friday for delivery on the next business day.

All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

INSURANCE
EVA FRANCO insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

TAXES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. No other tax will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. EVA FRANCO is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.
